[Notice] Information on how to handle abnormal disconnection on GameNotice

If the connection to the server is disconnected due to network problems during the game play, please check and follow the instruction below.
 
1. Disconnect the router and connect directly to the LAN.
2. Check the network settings of the place of use (Check the company/person in charge when using the internal/public network)
 
If the problem persists, please contact us at account@xlgames.com by including the information below.
1. Date and time of error and screenshot
2. IP Address and ISP vendor information
3. My Documents\ArcheAge Log Compressed File
