[Announcement] Compensation for Some Inactivated ArchePasses ErrorNotice

Hello, this is ArcheAge.
 
Currently, there is an issue that some ArchePasses are not available, and it is being fixed.
Those who experienced inconvenience by this issue will be compensated as below.

■ Compensation for ArchePass Reset Error

- Target :
Among the characters with a start record of 'Chadwick the Bold' & 'Firesnarl Elephant' Archepass,
the characters with ArchePass Level/XP/Misson/Premium reset error after the July 8th Maintenance.
 
- Delivery Date :
After the Maintenance on July 15th via the character's mailbox.
 
- Compensation : 
 
1) Chadwick the Bold Pass

ArchePass XP Boost

(Exclusive for Chadwick the Bold) 

1 Achieves the maximum tier of Chadwick the Bold pass when used
Gold 100 Gold Gold for activating ArchePass
Gilda Star 15pc Item for unlocking Mission
ArchePass Upgrade Ticket 1 Not provided if ArchePass premium was inactivated

2) Firesnarl Elephant Pass
            Item Name               Quantity Details

ArchePass XP Boost

(Exclusive for Firesnarl Elephant)

1 Achieves the maximum tier of Firesnarl Elephant pass when used
Gold 100 Gold Gold for activating ArchePass
Gilda Star 15pc Item for unlocking Mission
ArchePass Upgrade Ticket 1 Not provided if ArchePass premium was inactivated
※ Cautions
1) Each ArchePass XP Boost can be used on its target ArchePass (Cannot be used on other ArchePasses)
2) ArchePass Upgrade Ticket is not provided if you have not activated the premium on Chadwick the Bold/Firesnarl Elephant pass
3) You will be excluded from the compensation list if you had completed these passes before the issue occurred.
4) All ArchePass XP Boost items will expire on August 5th after the Maintenance, and they will not be recovered.
