[Announcement] Issue of Web Launcher Crashing in Certain PC Environment (added 1/7)Notice

Hello, this is ArcheAge.
In order to fix the issue of web launcher being unable to run,
we reuploaded the client file.
For players who have experienced the issue of web launcher crashing,
though it may be an inconvenient procedure,
please delete the existing client completely,
download the installation file again, and reinstall the client.
If the web launcher crashing issue continues to exist after reinstallation,
please send us explanations about the issue you have experienced
and a compressed file of [Documents\ArcheAge] folder (except personal screenshots)
to the email address below.

If web launcher is not runnig at LINE POD,
please refer to the information below and retry the procedure.
Run web launcher after removing "__" in the file extension name of patcher.exe (if there is),
which is located in the Bin32 folder in the directory of ArcheAge.
